Microsoft Viva Insights will introduce the Skills landscape Power BI report in late 2025, enabling analysts to explore organizational People Skills data, skill distribution, and hierarchy. Setup requires enabling People Skills in Viva Insights with appropriate licenses. No admin action needed for the report template itself.
