A new Message consumption usage report for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat pay-as-you-go billing is now in preview, showing message usage by tenant, user, agent, and billing policy. It alerts when users exceed 2000 billed messages. General availability begins January 2027 with automatic rollout.
