Starting mid-June 2025, the Teams Meeting add-in in classic Outlook for Windows will suggest meeting options to organizers via a new Setup pane, enabling easier scheduling with optimized settings. The rollout completes by mid-November 2025, requires no admin action, and the feature is enabled by default.
