MC1053645 — Microsoft Teams: Create new channels faster from the "New items" menu at top of the list of chats and channels

Starting mid-May 2025, Microsoft Teams will allow users to create new channels from the "New items" menu, selecting any team to host the channel, including those with no shown channels, provided they have the necessary permissions. This update applies to Teams for Windows, Mac, and the web. No admin action is required.
