MC1041456 – New Microsoft Outlook and Outlook for the web: New setting to enable two-click view for encrypted emails

New Outlook for Windows, web, iOS, and Android will support a two-click view for encrypted emails starting April 2025. Admins can enable this feature, requiring users to confirm access to encrypted emails, reducing accidental exposure. The setting is off by default and can be enabled via Microsoft Azure or PowerShell.
