MC1038681 — Microsoft Viva Learning: "AI & Copilot Resources" provider will be available to all Viva Learning users

The "AI & Copilot Resources" provider will be available to all Viva Learning users by default starting late April 2025. Admins can manage its visibility. This change will happen automatically, and no action is required beforehand. Review configurations and notify users as needed.
