Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in Outlook are delayed. Targeted Release is now planned for late May 2025, and General Availability for early June 2025. Agents will appear in the right-side panel of Outlook, allowing customization. Admins can manage these agents in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
