MC1013464 — We will remove the EEEU sharing permission from root web and default document library in OneDrive’s

Starting April 17, 2025, Microsoft will remove the EEEU (Everyone Except External Users) sharing permission from the root site and default document library in OneDrive, completing by September 30, 2025. This change will prevent inadvertent data oversharing, and users should grant explicit permissions to specific files and folders. No admin action is required.
